The Bull Hotel is situated along one side of Fairford's famous Market Square. The building dates back to around the 15th Century when it used to be a Monk's Changing House.

The Hotel offers a choice of 24 bedrooms, each room has its own particular character with sloping roofs and oak beams.

All rooms have colour televisions, radio, tea and coffee making facilities, and baby listening facilities.

For special occasions, visitors can choose between the George or Bull Suites with their 4 poster beds or a double room with a sunken bath.

The Bull Hotel offers a full a la carte menu with a large selection of fresh local produce. We also offer a large selection of home cooked bar food at most times during licensing hours. Packed lunches are also prepared for those wishing to spend a day fishing and touring the countryside.

We also offer a large selection of fine wines and our bar offers the complete range of Arkells beers from the traditionally brewed 'Real Ale' through to the modern larger beer.

 

Other Information

The Bull Hotel owns and maintains 1 and half miles of the River Coln, which is a typical Cotswold Chalk Stream and has been an angling river for centuries and has been renowned for its trout since 1865.

Day tickets can be obtained from the hotel for either a full day or half day fishing
Trout Season is from 1st April - 30th September
Grayling Season is from 1st October - 31st March.
