Situated in the coastal hamlet of Gwbert, 3 miles from Cardigan on the border of the Pembrokeshire National park. The house has a private garden with a sheltered patio to the rear for breakfast al fresco in the morning sun and one to the front of the house to enjoy the sun setting into the sea.

Within a short drive there is a selection of award winning beaches. The pretty National trust beach at Mwnt with its 14th Century church and the open spaces of the blue flag Poppit Sands have both proved popular with guests.

The house available year-round also has a woodburning stove and benefits from the luxury of under floor heating.

The ground floor has a large open plan kitchen and dining room, lounge with wood burning stove, games room and a downstairs bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms all with en suite facilities, ensureing all eight guests enjoy the same high degree of luxury.
