This family run business of holiday cottages and accommodation is a wonderful base for families and couples, whether you are looking to walk, cycle, visit the vast number of local attractions, or just a quiet romantic weekend away.

Odle Farm is the perfect choice for Autumn, Winter and or early Spring short breaks as well as the traditional summer holiday. The bridleways and footpaths on your doorstep make this an ideal walking base, while the lovely beaches of the East Devon coast and the elegant resort of Sidmouth are within a half hour drive. Exmoor and Dartmoor are easily accessible making it a wonderful location from which to explore the many attractions of Devon, Somerset and Dorset.

The Cathedral city of Exeter is only a short 25 minutes journey away, whilst the local Market town of Honiton with its famous Lace making museum and abundance of Antique shops is a short 10 minutes journey from our holiday cottages.

All cottages have use of a hot tub,( our couples cottages, Honeysuckle and Willow have their own private hot tubs) and the recreation rooms which have air hockey, pool table, darts and table tennis as well as many board games and books to take back to your cottage.

Accommodation Details

WISTERIA COTTAGE, our largest cottages, SLEEPS 5 in two double rooms (one en suite) and a single room. As well as the en suite bathroom there is a seprate shower room with toilet upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs. The cosy lounge has a large inglenook fireplace with log burner and overlooks the gardens. A large fully equipped kitchen opens out to the raised patio and gardens with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

JASMINE COTTAGE, sleeps 3 and has a double and a single bedroom together with a family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs the lounge with log burner has lovely views across the courtyard to the Otter Valley. There is an additional cloakroom downstairs and again the large fully equipped kitchen has a back door leading out to the raised patio with outdoor furniture,and barbecue.

HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE is one of our romantic couples cottages with own private hot tub and amazing views across the valley. All on one level the open plan kitchen/diner/lounge is fully equipped and opens out onto a decking area with garden furniture and steps to your own private garden. There is a double room and seperate shower room/wet room.

WILLOW COTTAGE is our other couples cottage with own private hot tub and is slightly larger than Honeysuckle having a fully equipped kitchen and large lounge/diner downstairs and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom upstairs. The doors from the lounge open on to the patio, overlooking beautiful views, with outdoor furniture and hot tub.

General Details

All cottages have underfloor heating, dishwashers,washer/dryers,microwaves, double ovens, fridge/freezers, flat screen televisions, and DVD players.

We have a large recreation area with table tennis, air hockey, darts, pool table and plenty of board games, puzzles, and books. You will also find details of all the local attractions, walking routes, and local events in the recreation rooms.

The large hydrotherapy spa/hot tub is on a commercial filtration for health and safety and only shared by Jasmine and Wisteria cottage guests (Honeysuckle and Willow have their own hot tubs) so never a problem getting it to yourself.

There is also free Wi fi internet access on site for our guests.

In the top field there is a large trampoline for the more energetic amongst you.

We allow dogs in Willow and Wisteria cottages and have enclosed areas for them to exercise off the lead.
