Overview

Orchard House is approached from a private driveway, the house is entered through a vestibule into the well appointed kitchen/dining room and utility/drying room. The lounge, with large sofas and a log burning stove, makes Orchard House a cosy and intimate home from home. A carpeted stairway leads to a small galleried landing and two en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has an antique King size bed.
The second bedroom can either be a twin or a large double.
Both bedrooms have en suite facilities and hairdryers, all bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
Pets are most welcome.
Reading Room House is situated at the end of a small lane signposted as a footpath. The hallway, kitchen, lounge and dining area provide open plan living, contained beneath an impressive vaulted ceiling.
The high-spec kitchen with midi units and Baumatic appliances looks over into the large lounge and dining area on a lower level. There is a dining table and seating for six people and the lounge has a pillar box gas fire, flat screen TV and comfortable sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed.
From the hallway there are two large bedrooms, both of a contemporary design, which can be either twin beds or large doubles. Both rooms have 32" flat screen TVs, hairdryers and all bed linen and towels are provided.
The first bedroom has an en suite wetroom, 'his and hers' sinks with waterfall taps and a large shower area. The second bedroom has a bathroom adjacent, with a 16 jet jacuzzi bath and LED mood lighting.

 

Accommodation Details

Orchard House can accommodate 4 people in two en-suite bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is a double and bedroom 2 can be made up as a double or two singles.
Reading Room can accommodate 6 people in two en-suite bedrooms and a large sofa bed.
Both bedrooms can be either doubles ot two singles.
