Old Oak Barn is a fabulous barn conversion in West Wales set on a farm in a wooded valley just 5 minutes from the A40 at St Clears. Very spacious and very child friendly accommodation of a really high standard. The building was renovated using timber grown on the farm and is now heated with a biomass boiler using wood from the owners own managed woodland.

Accommodation Details

2 good sized bedrooms and a very large living room with in addition a big kitchen and bathroom make this ideal accommodation for 4. Travel cot can be provided for a fifth little one!

Mostly timber floors with underfloor heating throughout but carpets in both bedrooms.

Lots of windows and French windows too leading out onto the large south facing patio.

Very well equipped inside including free wifi.

General Details

Set on the owners 70 acre farm in rural west Wales adjacent to the 40 acre woodlands which can be enjoyed by visitors to the barn. Birdlife is very varied and a detailed bird count distinguished over 45 species in 48 hours.
