Accommodation Details

The Dairy is a single storey building with a twin bedroom & bathroom ensuite.
Welsh slate floors throughout. A combined lounge/dining area with kitchen adjoining & French door opening onto the garden from the lounge.
The Cottage has Welsh slate floors throughout the ground floor with a combined lounge/dining area adjoining the kitchen with 2 French doors opening onto the garden. The first floor has 1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom both with bathrooms en suite.
The Victorian Barn has stairs leading upto it but is then all on 1 floor wirh alounge/dining area adjoining the kitchen & 2 twin bedrooms both with bathrooms en suite. Wooden floors throughout.

General Details

All 3 properties have wooden beams throughout, central heating, micro waves,
fridges & dishwashers. The Dairy & the Cottage have stone firplaces while the Victorian Barn has a wood burning stove. Logs are available at a small cost whie the 1st basket is free. There is an all-weather tennis court(racquets & ballls supplied) & a heated indoor swimming pool(heated Easter to 31st October) Fishing on the river Towy is available by arrangement

RoFawr is aout a 3.5 hour drive from London & no more than a 15 minute drive from the end of the M4 or a 2.5 hour drive from the Midlands.Do NOT use our Postcode if you have SatNav but our latitude & longitude co-ordinates of 51.8676N, 4.0635W which will bring you right to our door.The river Towy borders the property on 3 sides & we have an abundance of wild life all the year round - it is a bird watchers paradise, while there are 3 historic, ancient castles within a short drive from RoFawr.
