Accommodation Details

Black Hall Cottage is a four hundred year old, detached, stone built cottage, facing south and sheltered up against a cliff. There are two doors at the front, one enters the kitchen and the other the lounge and dining area. The stairs off the lounge lead to the bathroom with a good size bath with shower over, and to the three bedrooms which all have washbasins and wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has twin beds, and the smaller third bedroom also has twin beds. Access to bedroom three is through bedroom two, and in each of the bedrooms you can wake up to the sounds of the sea and beautiful sea views. Heating is provided by radiators from the oil fired boiler and hot water by the roof-mounted solar panels. The wood burning stove in the lounge can give a warm focal point for cosy evenings in the cottage.

There is parking for one car alongside the cottage and a second vehicle may be parked off-road behind farm gates on the private land opposite.

Ideal for 2 to 6 people, plus cot for a baby.

One, or maximum two dogs are allowed, and the house rules are simply that dogs are not allowed upstairs in bedrooms and should not be left unattended in the cottage unless they are confined to the kitchen area with their own bedding and toys to keep them happy.

It is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, cups, mugs, glasses and dishes, all you will need in this well cared for, four star, Visit Wales inspected cottage.
