Clean and comfortable, we are just 10 minutes to the city centre of the historic Royal City of Edinburgh. With free parking and three different bus services this means stress free travelling. Guests are supplied with their own front door key to allow free access all day.

Some rooms in our accommodation have beautiful views towards landmarks such as Arthur's Seat, Edinburgh Royal Observatory, the Braid Hills and The Hermitage of Braid just within two minutes from the guest house. Nearby attractions are Rosslyn Chapel, and Craigmillar Castle. Edinburgh is a University City and the property is situated just 300 metres from the Edinburgh University campus of Kings Buildings and 2 minutes bus journey to the University central campus in Bristo Square.

Directions: From A720 city bypass signposted Edinburgh South & East. Continue until Straiton Junction. Take the Straiton junction and at the end of the slip road turn first left onto the A701 with signs for Edinburgh City Centre (South), continue for 3 miles. Pass through through 2 main traffic lights junctions signposted Liberton. After the second junctions the property will be situated half a mile further down on the left-hand side of the main road situated just after a right-hand curve in the road.
