Clyne Farm Centre (Fferm y Clun) is located on one of the seven hills overlooking the majestic sweep of Swansea Bay with the North Devon Coastline on its horizon - the village of Mumbles nestles in the bay below and Gower spreads out the the west.

This family run centre is the place to stay in Swansea and Gower and offers self catering accommodation and vacation rentals for between group sizes of two (2) and fifty one (51) and a wide range of activities open to residents and non-residents. Sample, among others, horse riding, archery, climbing, canoeing and our famous Challenge Valley - the muddiest assault course in the world! Continuing to prove popular with all groups from families to experienced outdoor enthusiasts are our on & off site activity days with gorge walking, rock hopping (our version of 'keep dry' coasteering), caving, canoeing, survival, rib rides around the Gower Coast, surfing, climbing and abseiling, tennis, clay pigeon shooting, paintballing and quadbiking. We also have a complete range of birthday parties to suit all ages.

The Big Weekend is an activity weekend or break which caters for the adventurous type as well as stag and hen weekends and parties. Add in The Big Camping Weekend and The Big Bushcraft Weekend to give you more choice. Our team building and corporate management training days are second to none - chooses from 'fun' or intensive - one day to a week - to get your team in the best shape ever.

 

Accommodation Details

Whether you are looking for a little hideaway for two or enough cottages for a special family celebration for fifty we have the place for you in our self catering 4 star cottages and barns. Try your hand at activities or just relax watching the view from our hill overlooking Swansea Bay and the Gower Peninsula midway between Swansea and Mumbles. Our rental costs include bed linen, electricity and heating, and towels. We also provide a 'starter pack' of essentials like toilet paper, black bags and washing up liquid and can arrange food orders at the start of your stay. For week long stays we have a special Free Residents Taster Session of activities.

All cottages have fully equippped kitchens, central heating, bed linen and towels

 

Room Rate Guide:

Off peak midweek (Monday to Friday) breaks for up to 4 people for �130 per cottage

Peak season varies from �680 (4 person cottage) to �1650 (8 person cottage)

One nights stays avaiable on last minute basis

 

General Details

With Clyne Valley Country Park and Clyne Golf Club framing its borders, the Centre has easy access to Swansea - the Grand Theatre, National Waterfront Museum, Dylan Thomas Centre, Dylan Thomas birthplace, theatres, shops, restaurants, entertainment just three miles away as is the old fishing village of Mumbles and its pier. The Wales National Pool, Singleton Hospital and Swansea University are within two miles. The spectacular and beautiful beaches of the Gower Peninsula - the first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Britain - form our backyard. Using specialist local knowledge we can provide almost limitless numbers of walks in the local area from gentle strolls to more adventurous rambles.
