Exmoor House specialises in great tood, which combines lovely local produce with expert cooking. Everything here is aimed at helping you relax; the only decisions you'll need to make will be food-related! Check out our great-value dinner, bed & breakfast packages. Exmoor is a fantastic area to explore, and Exmoor House has good facilities for walkers and cyclists.

Accommodation Details

Bedrooms at Exmoor House are designed for maximum comfort, minimum fussiness. They're decorated in bright, fresh colours that contrast well with the original wooden panelling, but you won't find acres of chintz, or swags and tails. Double beds are big and comfy: they're all kingsize or superkingsize. All the rooms are fully ensuite, with a bath or a shower. Facilities for making a range of hot drinks are included - and we'll give you a flask of real milk every day (not those fiddly UHT packages). There are useful little touches like extra pillows and blankets, hairdryers, alarm clocks and even (though we hope you won't need them) hot water bottles. We're a non-smoking establishment, so no stale cigarette smells in the rooms. You won't be disturbed by blaring televisions from other guest rooms - the accommodation at Exmoor House is TV-free.

General Details

Facilities at Exmoor House include a guest sitting room (with log fires in winter), an honesty bar, a terrace garden, car park, lockup for bikes and a drying room. Exmoor House works hard to be a green business and we're doing all we can to minimise our impact on the environment.

 

Other Information

Exmoor House is licensed to serve alcohol and is totally non-smoking. We're also TV-free. There's very little mobile phone reception, so you can switch off from the world of work altogether and just relax (although free Wi-Fi is available if you do need to keep in touch).
Children are welcome (we have one family room). We do not accept pet dogs, cats etc.
