This modern flat is light and airy with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchen diner. One bedroom contains 2 twin beds with room to erect the Z bed or baby cot. The master bedroom overlooks a quiet courtyard and has a kingsize bed. The bathroom has modern suite with shower over the bath. The kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a highchair and travel cot plus Z bed available. The parking permit allows parking in the adjoining cul-de-sac.
It is 50 yards from the main beach and gives easy access to all the local shops, hotels and restaurants.

General Details

Weymouth is a vibrant holiday town with activities to suit all ages. The main beach is ideal for young families with its golden sands and shallow seas. The working harbour provides sightseeing trips, fishing trips and the chance for some white water rides. The local theatre and cinema provide all year round entertainment while the local gardens and walks along The Esplanade provide tranquil scenes. There are excellent local bird watching sites nearby.
The 2012 Sailing Olympics will be held in Weymouth and the National Sailing Centre provides excellent facilities. There are also facilities for kite surfing and other water activities.
